Field Trip: Saturday, March 7, 2015

Trip Leader: Kurt Schwarz

Date of Trip: Saturday, March 7, 2015

Location: Howard Waterfowl Search

Details: Frozen water bodies limited where we could visit. We visited Elkhorn below the dam, and the hole off the boat ramp at Centennial. We finished by 9:30. The weather started cold, about 14 degrees. It warmed all the way up to 16 by the time we finished. Fortunately it was sunny with no wind. Highlight, such as it was, was two drake Greater Scaup, and one drake Lesser Scaup, at Centennial.
